At ALFA, we celebrate the achievements of our team, and on this occasion, we want to highlight and congratulate Azucena Au Ahumada, who was appointed as the first female member of the National Association of Fiscal Specialists of Monterrey A.C. (ANEFAC).

 This association brings together tax directors and specialized lawyers, serving as a reference in the analysis, promotion, and encouragement of improvement and innovation in the tax sector. Azucena’s trajectory, with over 30 years of experience in the field, as well as the presentation she delivered to the association’s members, opened the doors for her to this group.

As a reference, according to data from INEGI, until 2020 only 36.6% of professionals in accounting and auditing were women. We are certain that Azucena’s appointment will serve as an inspiration for other women.
