The Company believes in a future where the food industry is more sustainable. Its Campofr\u00edo Frescos plant, in Burgos, Spain, created a strategic alliance with Biogasnalia for the generation of biogas, which is a renewable fuel used at this site since the end of 2023. The alliance&#8217;s main objective is to revalue organic by-products through anaerobic treatment.<\/p><p style=\"font-family: Roboto, Roboto; font-size: 19px; font-weight: 400;\">This process resulted in the production of 12,000 MWh of energy per year, which represents the migration of 40% of natural gas consumption to biogas and a reduction of 2,100 tons of CO2 emissions annually.
